Make One of Our Employees Yours
Our employees are wonderful so we are not surprised that you would want to put them on your staff full time! This process is called Payroll Conversion and you can find the steps for this below:
- Payroll Conversion Form: By submitting this form, you let us know who you are interested in and when you want them to start on your payroll. You MUST provide your workman’s compensation code.
- Look For An Invoice: Based on the payroll conversion fee calculation found in Exhibit A of your contract, we will invoice you for that fee.
- Transition: When an employee switches from our payroll to yours, our commitment to drive them to work and provide lunch ends.
- Job Order Form: A new Job Order Form is only necessary if the Workers Comp Code is different and/or the pay rate is different.
- Send Your Request: Email or text us with the following details: number of workers needed, time needed and job site address. Contact Us
- Wait for Confirmation: We will respond to your request with confirmation that it was received and with any questions/comments concerning the request.
